This planning tool helps you set up large scale diverse missions very quickly and without knowing how to use the in-game mission editor. Unfortunately it seems to be single player only.
It works for Armed Assault, ArmA2, ArmA2:OA and the British Forces DLC (you do need the newest updates for this).
